Not working for me

Sooooo some people are saying that it works perfectly and that you have to know the trick and that it shows youre age at the end but for me none of those are true. Ill explain whats happening and if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me. I am 11 so whenever I read the number 11 on one of the squares I click "yes" and when I dont I click "no" but it just keeps circling around to the first round of numbers. It never tell me what age it thinks I am and whenever I try to click either "yes" or "no" when it has circled around back to the first round of numbers it never does anything. Someone please tell me whats going on and how to fix it. If I was not clear enough then please say so. SO CONFUSED!!
